Exsel Underwriting, a member of the Association and Lloyd’s coverholder, has renewed its collaboration agreement with the General Council of Mediators’ Associations, with the aim of offering mediators, through the Associations, the Cyber Shield® product, to protect them against cyber-attacks.
The Cyber Shield® coverages include the costs derived from business interruption; loss of profits or remediation costs; data restoration; breach of the Data Protection Law as a result of an attack; personalized response with 24/7 attention through technical experts in cybercrime; theft or unauthorized transfer of funds by electronic means or legal liability for the transmission of a virus to a third party, among others.
The agreement also includes the proactive risk management tool, Cloud CareTM, which protects the insured in real time against threats such as ransomware and the loss of critical company data.
