ASASE, the Spanish Association of Spanish Underwriting Agencies, continues to be a benchmark for associations in the insurance sector with the new incorporation of ASSU underwriting agency as a new member.

With this new year and with this new addition, the association now has 29 underwriting agency members, representing practically the entire active sector, marking its continued growth and further strengthening its representation in the underwriting agency market.

The new underwriting agency partner, which stands out mainly for its products within the Motorcycle and Auto branches, joins to reinforce the presentation of underwriting agencies specialised in these branches. With more than 15 years of experience and part of the prestigious Filhet-Allard group, ASSURANCES MOTO VERTE AGENCE DE SUBSCRIPTION SL (ASSU) will bring a combination of expertise and professionalism that will enrich the offer within the association.

ASASE welcomes this new addition as a further step towards its maximum representation within the insurance and underwriting agency sector. They will continue to work hard to offer their associates and partners more value propositions and to strengthen the figure of underwriting agencies within the insurance landscape.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At "ASASE" we process your personal data in order to manage the insurance contracts entered into, as well as to manage the sending of the information you request from us, and to provide you with information about other services that may be of interest to you.

 

Why do we use your personal data?

Because the legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of insurance contracts, the conclusion of such contracts, as well as assistance in the management and execution of such contracts, in particular in the event of a claim.

These personal data requested must be provided because they are considered necessary for the maintenance and fulfillment of the purposes stated above.

Because we must carry out certain treatments whose legitimacy is based on the fulfillment of legal obligations contained in the current regulations on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, on the Protection of the Client, as well as in the regulations on the Protection of Personal Data in force, among others.

For the transfer of data to Insurance Companies and / or Brokerage Companies, the business group for the issuance of relevant insurance contracts and the correct benefits derived therefrom. How long will "ASASE" keep your data?

Personal data will be kept for as long as the pre-contractual or contractual relationship is maintained or until consent is revoked. Once the contractual relationship with "ASASE" has ended, we will keep your personal data blocked for the legal statute of limitations. After the expiration of these periods, your data will be deleted.

 

To whom will we disclose your personal data?

In order to fulfill the insurance contract, the data may be communicated to Lloyd's Insurance Company S.A., to third party professionals in the insurance sector, such as, for example, other insurers, insurance agents or brokers, reinsurers, loss adjusters, subcontractors with whom we outsource functions, judicial or administrative authorities, as well as to common files for the settlement of claims and actuarial statistical collaboration and files for the prevention and fight against fraud.

 

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

Data protection regulations give you the following rights in relation to the processing of your data:

 

  • Right of access: Know what kind of data we are processing and the characteristics of the treatment we carry out.
  • Right of rectification: You can request the modification of your data for being inaccurate or not truthful.
