ASASE presents episode 14 of the ASASE Podcast with an excerpt from the round table discussion at the 2nd CONGRESS: ‘The ally of mediation: Underwriting agencies’.

ASASE launches the second chapter of the second season of its podcast (episode 14 in total), which covers the round table held during the II ASASE Congress: The ally of mediation: Underwriting agencies.

Moderated by Andrés Martinez (Dual Ibérica), the conversation brings together leading professionals from underwriting agencies and the world of mediation, such as:

How long will "ASASE" keep your data?

Personal data will be kept for as long as the pre-contractual or contractual relationship is maintained or until consent is revoked. Once the contractual relationship with "ASASE" has ended, we will keep your personal data blocked for the legal statute of limitations. After the expiration of these periods, your data will be deleted.

 

To whom will we disclose your personal data?

In order to fulfill the insurance contract, the data may be communicated to Lloyd's Insurance Company S.A., to third party professionals in the insurance sector, such as, for example, other insurers, insurance agents or brokers, reinsurers, loss adjusters, subcontractors with whom we outsource functions, judicial or administrative authorities, as well as to common files for the settlement of claims and actuarial statistical collaboration and files for the prevention and fight against fraud.

 

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

Data protection regulations give you the following rights in relation to the processing of your data:

 

  • Right of access: Know what kind of data we are processing and the characteristics of the treatment we carry out.
  • Right of rectification: You can request the modification of your data for being inaccurate or not truthful.
